Wild West Spring Fest
St. Joseph School will sponsor its on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, March 23, 24, 25! Come join us for a weekend of rides, food, music, auctions, and fun! Deadline InformationThe following dates are deadlines for different events associated with the school fair. The deadlines are necessary in order to meet planning, scheduling, and production deadlines. Names and times will be announced as the fair gets closer. There will also be an open mike karaoke between group performances. The shirt cost will be $13.00 for all sizes. Ride PassesThe Spring Fair Committee is pleased to announce the return of GoldStar Amusements as our ride company. Some points we would like to share with you are: We are pre-selling ONLY the ALL WEEKEND passess until Friday, March 16. You will be able to redeem your voucher anytime during the fair, but a special line will be set up on Friday from 5:00-6:00 p.m. where the voucher can be redeemed early. We are NOT pre-selling the individual ride sessons. Order forms have been sent home with every school family. Extra order forms are available in the school office. They may also be downloaded at RIDE PASS. Silent AuctionThe Silent Auction was a huge success last year due to many generous donations. This year should be great as well.Basket themes have been chosen for each grade. We ask that everyone please bring in something to complete the basket for your child's class. If you prefer, monetary donations can be sent so that items for the baskets can be purchased. Please label your donation with your child's name, grade, and "Silent Auction". Movie Night Eighth Grade ..... PHS/STA Sports Items will be collected in the morning carpool line from March 7-March 11. Items from bus riders will be collected in the gym before morning assembly. We rely on the support of our sponsorships from businesses as well as individuals. Our community will be made aware of your support. We will put a flyer in the church bulletin and school newsletter.
